The Offers and Needs Market

The Offers and Needs Market (OANM) is a community process designed to facilitate inclusivity and rapid connections, even between strangers. This framework, developed by the PGI in 2011 typically takes the form of a 2-hour, guided event (online or in person), and shows how people can meet their needs locally and collectively, while reducing dependence on practices that are harmful to the planet. It can be guided online or in person by anyone with basic training and can be used to bring together groups in neighborhoods, workplaces, conferences, schools, cohorts, and more
