The PGI believes that every person has unique gifts to offer.

The PGI is committed to a slow and relational approach with respect to prospective volunteers and employees.
We welcome anyone interested in joining the team to reach out and meet us over a 30-minute expression of interest call with us. The call is a chance to get to know each other, learn more about the PGI, and sense if there is a cultural fit for both you and the organization to explore getting involved in the team.
Historically, those interested and aligned after this initial call have been invited to a four-week educational journey called ‘Exploring Post Growth’ (including 4, 2-hour calls, often live, as a cohort) that also serves as the initial phase of onboarding for those who find a match with the PGI through that journey. The ‘Exploring Post Growth’ (XPG) program has enabled people to experience our core values in practice before interviews for available positions. While the XPG program is not active at this time, we still invite you to reach out for an exploratory call (using the form below) if you feel so called to do so.
We currently do not offer internships but are open to exploring volunteer opportunities and future paid positions.
